Repairing burst water mains We will excavate and repair your mains as swiftly as possible to reduce disruption to the service and public, and can repair any damage caused by the burst. Installing new mains Pipeline can install any size water main to suit your property for commercial or industrial buildings, schools, hospitals, farms or estates using a variety of methods to suit the size of pipe and ground conditions. Replacement of old mains If you are suffering from poor pressure, poor flow or you find your water mains are repeatedly bursting then replacement can often be the only option. We can replace old mains using a variety of techniques including trenching and the latest in trenchless technology. Amendment of existing mains to suit your needs Whether you want to install a controlling valve, sample point, washout, fire hydrants or even extend your existing main, we can help. Pipeline specialise in the installation of branch connection onto existing mains using latest technology in Underpressure drilling. We are able to drill and tap from 1⁄2” – 2” ferrules and can drill size for size on any material main including cast iron, ductile iron, steel, asbestos cement, PE and PVC. We use mild steel, stainless steel and fusion collars. Mild steel and stainless steel collars can be made to fit with any size branch. Fusion collars are used specifically for PE mains up to 500mm which can only be used with the Fastcut Underpressure drill and trained operators. Installation of Pumped water supply’s Pipeline can install a pumped water supply to your property. Whether utilising an existing network of pipes to the property or supplying a new property, we can provide a complete service.
